The coating machine is a continuous, fully automated production line designed for manufacturing oral thin films used in dissolvable sleep strips. It combines precision coating, controlled drying, inline monitoring, and slitting with rewinding into a single, integrated system. A prepared film-forming solution is evenly coated onto a release liner with high accuracy. The material then passes through multiple temperature-controlled drying zones, forming a uniform solid film before stable rewinding. This process supports consistent film thickness and steady production control.
