The energy oral thin film packaging machine is designed for packaging fast-dissolving oral film energy-boosting supplements. After drying, the oral thin film is peeled from the carrier liner and cut into strips according to product specifications. The strips are then packaged individually in aluminum foil pouches, plastic bags, or aluminum-plastic laminated pouches, making storage, transport, and use more convenient.
Energy oral thin films are commonly used by busy users before sports or high-intensity activities. They dissolve quickly in the mouth, causing fast absorption of the active ingredients into the bloodstream and rapidly increasing energy levels. Common energy oral thin films include vitamin B12 oral thin films, L-theanine oral thin films, and caffeine oral thin films.
