Automatic povidone-iodine gauze packaging machines are designed as a packaging solution for (PVP-I) medical gauze pads, with in-line processing steps required before sealing. Before packaging, the gauze is impregnated with the povidone-iodine solution, layered with top and bottom materials, and cut into individual pads. These steps are carried out directly on the packaging machine, followed by four-side pouch sealing. Since all steps are handled on one machine, the (PVP-I) gauze does not need to be moved between processes, making packaging more stable and easier to keep clean.
