The fully automatic six-lane oral thin film packaging machine is built to handle high-throughput packaging of oral thin films and fast-dissolving strips used in health supplements and related products. Its six parallel lanes operate simultaneously where each lane completes film conveying, cutting, and pouch packaging in one streamlined process with consistent quality. This allows six rows of oral thin films to be processed at the same time, significantly improving overall efficiency while keeping operation stable and well controlled.
Features- A low-tension film conveying system is used to control packaging film tension with high accuracy. This helps prevent film stretching, deformation, or instability during operation and supports consistent sealing quality.
- After slitting, the oral thin film is transferred directly into the packaging pouch. This design eliminates secondary conveying steps and reduces the risk of misalignment or film damage.
